Why you should start day with breakfast – Do not MISS if you want to LOSE weight or body FAT,

Breakfast upon awakening will kick start your metabolism and restore your glucose levels.

For weight loss a high protein breakfasts with nutritious carbohydrates will help you stay fuller for longer and will set up for the day by giving you more energy, improve mood and reduces stress levels.

Also eating breakfast will stabilise you blood sugar levels and you will be less likely to overeat at lunch.  So u if you skip breakfast essentially it’s like a car running on no fuel.

I have made a list of foods should be included in your breakfast.

Eggs, meats, fish, porridge, protein shake, nuts, honey, peanut butter, water, green tea, coffee.
