Saadiah is a working mum juggling the WORK/FAMILY Balance which many of you will be able to relate to in this busy world where we have LIMITED time. So She knows how precious time is and the pressures of bringing up a family and wanting to LOSE the excess FAT/WEIGHT gained.

Saadiah has always been physically active throughout my life, however weeks after giving birth to her son she was dealt with a BLOW being diagnosed with cancer. It was a time when She let myself go and indulged into eating. Yes that's right! I was eating everything in sight, Cakes, pizza, biscuits, You name it She was munching it! Naturally over time she was GAINING weight/fat and could see her belly spilling over my jeans when She looked in the mirror and felt awful.

She felt tired, rubbish, unenergetic, demotivated and unattractive with herself. The spiral continued until she decided She had to and wanted to make a change, not just for her health sake but also for her family. So the journey began, she spent time researching. Through well balanced nutrition and exercise she reduced the fat energised/detoxed her body safely. It was not easy but by making small changes over time became a habit. From this point forward She knew what she wanted to do with her life. So embarked on a new fitness career. Got her level 3 personal training qualification. Went on to further her knowledge with short courses. Her aim was to help other ladies/mums lose weight/fat as she knows first hand only too well the obstacles faced.
