Many of my clients come to me from either never exercised before or have little experience.  Programs are structured around you and we teach you everything you will need to know.

 

How do you measure progress?

We use five main metrics to measure your progress:

  • weight
  • measurements
  • clothes

These are taken every 4 weeks so we can assess how you look and feel.  Weightloss is much more then the scales.  We want to look at the big picture which includes your mental wellbeing.  Working towards mini goals will enable you to keep focued and keep working towards your end goal without it feeling overwhelming.  Regular monitoring helps to change your mindset and develop a more positive outlook.

Do you provide food plans?

We teach you the principles of flexible dieting and how you can come to create your own diet based off the foods you regularly eat and enjoy.  This way, you understand about calories, macro/macro nutrients and how to link into your lifestye.  We have helped coached many women over the years to have freedom of food as this is the key to longterm results.

 

I have health condition, can you still coach me?

Dependant on your health condition, your current treatment plan and your goals.  We can discuss this on our inital call and assess how to move forward.

I have had a baby can i exercise?

If you have recently given birth you will need to be signed off by your doctor before starting, especialy if you have had a caesarian section.
