Personal Training Program Terms and Conditions

  • Payment for service is paid upfront
  • By purchasing the program the client is making a commitment to her health. Agree to wear appropriate clothing and footwear whilst exercising.
  • Coach will help guide, support through fitness and nutrition.
  • Cancellation – minimum of 24 hours notice client must be give Coach when cancelling. Failure to give the 24hour cancellation notice will result in being charged for the full session.
  • I understand the results of the Exercise/Nutrition Program are not guaranteed and my progress depends on my effort, commitment and cooperation.
  • All clients must conduct themselves in a respectful manner to me your Coach.
  • Sessions must be taken within 8 weeks of starting the program.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you are fit enough undertake any physical activity and have consulted your doctor before commencing.
  • By agreeing to follow my program the client is agreeing to follow the program and instructions of coach to the best of their abilities to maximize their results and achieve their goals.
    I have fully read and understood the above terms and conditions of the Personal Training Program.
