I am a working mum juggling the WORK/FAMILY Balance which many of you will be able to relate to in this busy world where we have LIMITED time. So i know how precious time is and the pressures of bringing up a family and wanting to LOSE the excess FAT/WEIGHT gained.

I have always been physically active throughout my life, however weeks after giving birth to her son she was dealt with a BLOW being diagnosed with cancer. It was a time when I let myself go and indulged into eating.  Yes that's right! I was eating everything in sight, Cakes, pizza, biscuits, you name it I was munching away!  Naturally over time I was GAINING weight/fat and could see her belly spilling over my jeans when I looked in the mirror and felt awful.

I felt tired, rubbish, unenergetic, demotivated and unattractive with myself.  The spiral continued until I decided ive had enough and wanted to make a change, not just for my health sake but also for my family.  So the journey began, I spent time researching and through a well balanced nutrition and exercise plan i reduced the fat.  Energised and detoxed my body safely with no quick fixes.  It was not easy but by making small changes over time became a habit.  From this point forward I knew what I wanted to do with my life.  So this led me to my new career in the Fitness world.  I Got my  Personal Training qualifications and went on to further my knowledge with short courses and lots of reading.  My aim is to help women to lose weight/fat as I knows first hand only too well the obstacles faced.
