This Ladies Program is designed for your full journey — missed sessions can’t be carried over, credited, or refunded.
Please arrive on time and ready to begin so you can get the most from your session. I would suggest a light breakfast or snack beforehand and bring a bottle of water.
Wear comfortable, supportive gym clothing suitable for movement.
Be kind, respectful, and encouraging — this is a private, women-only space where everyone should feel comfortable.
