Preparation
- Now your clear, get ORGANISED to help you get to your goal.
- Prepare your meals (keep meals simple and clean)

- Do online grocery shopping to save time and temptation. Quick and easy to do in the comfort of your own home.
Water
- 50% of our body is made up of WATER and our brains 75%.
- Aim to drink between 2 - 4 litres a day to keep you hydrated, help you stop overeating and will help you LOSE weight.
- Water will Kickstart your metabolism.
- When we do not consume enough water our kidney functions do not function properly so the liver is overworked which reduces the function level of liver.
- Liver can't metabolise FAT as quickly as it should therefore FAT is stored.
- On waking drink 2 glasses of water
- Before mid day - aim for 2 more glasses
- 20min Before each meal drink a glass water
- From midday - 1 hour before bed a further 4 glasses
